- 8.1: Launching of Russian edition of the Oslo Coalition Deskbook in Moscow, Kiev, Almaty and Jerevan
- 8.2: Continued development of the range of FORB courses in India in partnership with the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI). Training for training courses for young lawyers from YLBHI's 14 regional offices.
