The Indonesia project aims at establishing relationships
between (1) faith communities and (2) academia in Norway and Indonesia,
with a view to co-operation in the fields of inter-religious dialogue,
human rights protection, and conflict resolution. The project will
focus on the role of the faith communities in civil society, with
a particular emphasis on women- and youth perspectives. Additional
emphasis will be put on the role of religious education in fostering
tolerance, and interfaith perspectives in academic training.
